Dan Gibson served as pro bono counsel in the first case argued at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court through North Carolina’s appellate pro bono program. The Program allows North Carolina’s appellate courts to appoint attorneys to represent clients who cannot afford an attorney and whose cases present serious questions.
